• Discussion over what brings you in, your objectives, your health check. The synthesis of the information will give us the tool needed to make a tretament plan. 

• Evaluation and treatment.

• Treatment accordiong to the evolution of past treatment and new findings.

Everyone is different. It is quite hard to know how many appointments you will require.

• At all times, if we judge necessary, you will be transferred to other health professionnals if we think you condition justifies other types of care.

Cancellation fees: 

• 50$ taxes included will be ask for a cancellation after 24hours of an appointment

In case you wish to cancel an appointment, please contact your therapist by phone, text message or e-mail as soon as possible so we can open up your spot to someone on our waiting list.

The personnal informations collected at Clinique Aubut are your name, phone number, e-mail, adress, birth date and informations on your health and treaments.  Payment coordinates (debit or credit) are never recorded (Talech or Square devices).

The therapist are mandated by their associations (CTSQ and/or Osteopathie Québec) to keep all informations confidential and if used, can only be used if necessary in the spectrum of their work. Your personnal informations will never be disclosed or sold to someone or a compagny inside or outside the clinic.

Files are kept 5 years, afterwards, they will be electronally archived.

However, in certain circumstances, the therapist might have to work with the law et have to disclose information in the case of:

• court order

• a physical or psychological emergency situation which  could put you or someone else at risk for his health , his life or security

• competent autorities having the right to ask for it

If we need to discuss and communicate your file to other health car professionnals (for example internal communications, with a podiatrist, a coach, an acupunturist,  etc.) be aware that your approbation and consent for further discussion will be asked.

We will open a file with the details of the incident, the severity, the date of when the situation was brought up to us, the communications done, the mesures taken by the organization and follow-ups

It is a virtual appointement to make follow ups or give advice following a treatment (for example, a specialized exercise plan)
